Almond Rava pudding (Badam Suji Pudding)



Ingredients

1/2 cup


fine Rava (Semolina)

2 cups full fat milk

1 cup organic jaggery powder

2 tablespoons white


sugar

1/2 cup almond flakes

1/2 cup rose water


Method


In a pot Mix rava, half cup milk

Now add remaining milk and jaggery

Mix well

Keep the


pot on low medium heat

Keep stirring

In few minutes pudding will start thickening

Keep stirring and cook for a couple of minutes

When pudding is thick enough take pot away from heat

Add almond flakes and rose water to pudding

Mix it well

Pudding is ready

Pour it out immediately in serving cups of your desire

It sets very quickly

Garnish with nuts of your choice


You can have it warm


Or chill it if you like it cold
