Healthy Wholesome Salad


Ingredients


For The Salad

2 eggs boiled, peeled and quartered

2 small beetroots, baked peeled and cubed

1 tomato sliced in wedges

1 cucumber sliced or cubed

Seasoning - black salt, pepper and oregano


For The dip/dressing

3 tablespoons labneh/thick yoghurt

1 pickled cucumber chopped fine

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 a teaspoon Zaatar powder (optional)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together.


In a serving plate/bowl arrange salad ingredients.

Sprinkle seasoning on it.

Keep dip separately.


Serve at room temperature!
