Banana Muffin



Ingredients:

3 Ripe banana’s 1/2 Cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1/4 Teaspoon vanilla essence 1/2 Cup sugar 1 2/3 Cup all purpose flour 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda 1 Teaspoon baking powder A pinch of salt Chocolate chips (lots of them!) Chopped nuts (optional) Method:

Preheat oven to 189 degree Celsius and Line the Muffin tray with liners Peel the bananas and mash them nicely. Add in the eggs one by one and whisk nicely.

Add vanilla essence and sugar and whisk well Mix all dry ingredients together and add to the liquid mixture Add in the chopped nuts (optional) Scoop the batter into the muffin liners and fill them to half. Put a couple of choco chips and then top off with some more batter, and garnish with choco chips. Bake in the oven for 12 mins. Check with a tooth pick to see if cooked - the tooth pick should come out clean.



Cool completely and enjoy!
