Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup plain flour 1/2 powdered sugar 3/4 Cup melted unsalted butter (at room temperature) 1/2 Cup chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Method: In a bowl mix butter and sugar to a pale yellow creamy texture Add rest of the ingredients and make a soft dough Refrigerate for 8-10 minutes Preheat oven to 180 degree C Line oven tray with aluminum foil. Do not grease it. Make 12 small balls and flatten each ball in your palms Place all these small cookies on baking tray and place one chip on each cookie Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or till cookies get light golden color. Let them cool completely before taking them from the tray. Can store them in an airtight jar for 2-3 weeks. Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
