Coconut Cookies
Ingredients: 1 Cup plain flour (Maida) 1/2 Cup unsalted butter at room temperature 1/2 Cup desiccated coconut 1/2 Cup sugar (powdered) 1 pinch salt or as per taste 1 Teaspoon water Method: Put all dry ingredients in a bowl Mix in butter Bring together this mixture with few drops of water Make small balls out of this dough. It will yield approximately 10-12 balls. Flatten each ball between your palms to a disc shape. With the help of a toothpick either poke tiny holes in the cookies Or make lines Line oven tray with aluminum foil sheet Do not grease it Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 10-12 minutes Cool to room temperature and store in an airtight jar.
