Salvaging Extra Tomatoes

Fatafat Tamata - for when you Need Chopped Tomatoes in a hurry!

Wash and peel tomatoes. Chop and purée it in a grinder. Put in an ice cube tray and freeze. Once frozen, take purée cubes out of tray, store in a ziplock bag or in a glass container and store in freezer.

Use cubes as and when you need for gravies, sabzies.
